I accompany people through moments of transition — those subtle in-between spaces where something old has already fallen away and something new is waiting to take shape. These are thresholds that cannot be crossed through thinking alone. They ask for presence, attunement, and a way of listening that includes the body, the nervous system, and what has not yet found words.

My work lives at the intersection of scientific understanding and embodied, ancestral wisdom. I see myself as a psychedelic health advocate, with a strong focus on the mindful, ethical, and sustainable use of psychedelics and, above all, on the integration of experiences from expanded states of consciousness into everyday life. Over the years, I have learned that lasting change does not arise from peak experiences alone, but from how deeply those experiences are metabolized — into relationships, choices, and the way we inhabit ourselves.

My professional path began in the field of communication and leadership, working with language, expression, and human interaction. Over time, my attention shifted from external performance to the inner dialogue of the nervous system. This led me into extensive training in somatic, systemic, and trauma-informed approaches, as well as experience-led and research-based work in psychedelic studies. Today, my work is grounded in systemic methods, mindfulness, IFS-informed approaches, hypnosis, breathwork, and body-oriented trauma work, including shadow work and emotional release. I support people in tracing symptoms back to their origins and gently restoring balance within the body-mind system.

Alongside this, and building upon a spiritually rooted practice that began in my adolescence, I have trained and been initiated within indigenous lineages in Africa and Latin America, including the traditional Bwiti Missoko lineage. I have learned directly from medicine men and women rooted in long-standing earth-based traditions. I hold this knowledge with care and responsibility, translating it into a modern, grounded, and ethical context rather than reproducing it unchanged.

At the heart of my work is a somatic and preventative approach to mental well-being. I do not work to fix or diagnose, but to create the conditions in which inner wisdom can reorganize itself. My biggest learning along my own journey has been that no one else can walk this path for us — meaningful change arises from within. I love accompanying people who are ready to engage with themselves, who have the courage to step beyond familiar patterns and take responsibility for their own process.

I am currently completing my PhD in Psychedelic Studies at Ubiquity University and have completed the three-year Psychedelic Therapy Training with the AWE Foundation. I work as a guide and integration facilitator with SET & SETTING and other retreat organizations, and I am a co-founder of the KULA Institute, which offers a two-year training in psychedelic facilitation for German-speaking therapists and coaches.

Together with my husband, I also co-founded Our Somatic Mind — a space dedicated to somatic awareness, conscious development, and the responsible integration of profound inner experiences. We believe that true resilience is built before crisis, through cultivating inner stability and the capacity for self-regulation.

I meet people not as an authority with answers, but as a grounded companion who knows the terrain. With care, clarity, and deep respect for the mystery of human experience, I hold spaces in which meaningful change can unfold at its own pace.

I currently live in Germany and work online and wherever legally possible.

I accompany people through periods of transition — moments when familiar structures no longer hold and what lies ahead is not yet clear. In such phases, what is often needed is not more answers, but presence, orientation, and a safe space to reconnect with oneself.

My work bridges over two decades of senior leadership experience in complex international organizations with somatic, systemic, and trauma-informed practice. Having led teams, transformation processes, and multi-country operations at executive level, I understand performance, pressure, and responsibility from lived experience. Alongside this professional path, a deep personal inquiry led me into extensive training in somatic work, systemic coaching, Internal Family Systems, hypnosis, Shiatsu, Reiki, and consciousness-based facilitation.

At the core of my approach is an integrated view of the human being. Body, mind, emotions, and inner parts are understood as an interconnected system. I work in a grounded, resource-oriented way, supporting nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and sustainable change. Transformation is not forced — it unfolds when safety, clarity, and personal timing are respected.

As a coach, mentor, and psychedelic facilitator, I support preparation, facilitation, and especially the integration of non-ordinary and psychedelic experiences. Integration is where insight becomes embodied and meaningful change takes root — through reflection, somatic awareness, and practical application in everyday life. My work is supportive and strengthening in nature and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Together with my wife, I co-founded Our Somatic Mind — a space dedicated to somatic awareness, conscious leadership, and preventive mental well-being. We believe sustainable growth begins where people feel safe: in their bodies, in authentic connection, and in honest self-exploration.

I meet people with clarity, respect, and heart — not as an authority, but as a grounded companion. Because every person already carries what they need for their next step; sometimes all that is required is a space held with care and presence until that step becomes visible.
