At Our Somatic Mind, we bridge cognitive understanding and embodied wisdom to support mental health prevention through a holistic, integrative approach.We combine ongoing online and in-person coaching with deep onsite retreat immersions, specializing in somatic mindfulness, systemic practices, and psychedelic-assisted transformation. Altered states can open profound insight, yet without care and integration they often remain fleeting. At Our Somatic Mind, we offer an integrative psycho-somatic framework that supports lasting change before, during, and after such experiences.
Our work weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), systemic therapy, and mindful somatic practices to meet what arises in practical, embodied ways. These approaches support regulation, meaning-making, and the integration of inner experiences into daily life.
Rather than choosing between science and spirituality, we walk a middle path honoring evidence-informed methods while remaining open to depth, mystery, and the relational nature of healing & transformation. Insight is not the endpoint, but the beginning of ongoing embodiment and integration.
